As of October 2026, Heidi's cheapest paid plan is Clinician - Standard seat at $110 per user/month (annual). It also has a free plan: One free seat with unlimited ambient documentation and standard templates; other features have a weekly allowance.19

How much is Freed AI?

As of October 2026, Freed's cheapest paid plan is Starter at $39 per clinician/month (monthly), capped at 40 notes a month. 13

Is Doximity's AI scribe free?

Yes. As of October 2026, Doximity Scribe has no paid plan. Free for verified US physicians, NPs, PAs, CRNAs and students in those fields. There is no paid tier.9

Is a paid AI scribe worth it?

That depends on what your EHR already includes. Several EHRs now sell or include their own AI scribe, and a few scribes have free plans with limits. Check the EHR's AI features and the free options first, then compare paid plans on the EHR integration you need, since that is often the part locked to a higher plan.
