Watch for
Free plan covers individual therapy only and limits AI notes to text-to-note, dictation and uploads.

Is an AI scribe HIPAA compliant for therapy sessions?
No tool is compliant on its own; what you can check is whether the vendor signs a business associate agreement and how it handles session audio. Both are on each tool's page where the vendor publishes them. Therapy EHRs are adding their own note tools too: SimplePractice and TherapyNotes both sell AI add-ons, listed on the EHR page.
